How To: Roll up Child Invoices to the Parent

Learn how to roll up child invoices to a parent customer account.

Before turning on rolled up invoices, ensure that you have established a parent-child relationship. Refer to How To: Assign a Parent.

1. Navigate to Parent Customer Profile

2. Click "Child Billing"

3. Click the Edit Icon Next to "Child Invoice Rollup"

4. Turn the "Rollup Invoices" toggle on

5. Configure roll up settings and hit "Update"

Configure:

  • Invoice frequency

  • Start date for first rollup invoice

  • Payment options

  • Payment terms

Tip: Remember to hit "Update" to confirm your settings.

6. Add Additional Information (if applicable)

Add in additional fields, like purchase order or reference numbers if applicable.
