How To: Manually Process a Payment

Payments on invoices can be done manually in many ways, such as by wire, check or ACH. To make sure your invoice has the correct status after receiving payment, we allow you to manually mark it as paid with these steps.

1. Click Invoices > Overview > Select Invoice > Share

2. Click "Mark as Paid"

3. Click "Add Payment"
