How To: Pause a Subscription

Pause a subscription to temporarily stop billing and service, allowing you to defer payments until the subscription resumes.

1. Click Subscriptions > Select the Subscription > Click "Actions"

2. Click "Pause Payments"

3. Fill out the applicable information > Click "Pause"
