How To: Set up and Configure Contract Reminders

This guide shows you how to automate contract reminders and notify customers about contracts that require their signature.

1. Click Settings > Contracts > "General"

2. Toggle Contract Reminders On

3. Select your Schedule

You have four options:

  • Basic

  • Lenient

  • Persistent

  • Custom

We will set up a custom schedule by clicking "Select" under Custom.

 4. Configure your Custom Schedule

  • You can email the customer up to X times, spaced over X days.

  • To maintain a consistent schedule, click "Continue reminders" to automatically repeat the emails every X days following the last action set above.

5. Click "Save"
