How To: Mark a Sales Contract or Agreement Signed Offline

Sales contracts and Agreements can be signed offline for many reasons. Maple allows you to bring these contracts into the simplified contract workflow. Let’s assume you’ve created a contract and you’ve sent it to your customer via Maple. The customer chooses to sign it offline sends you the signed document in the form of a PDF. You now need to mark it as signed for it to continue the contract flow.
1. Click Contracts > Sales Contracts > Select Contract
2. Click Share > "Mark as Signed Offline"
3. Add the Signed Contract (Optional)
4. Click "Confirm"
5. The Contract is now onto the next Appropriate Post-Signature step
